Bushi Seishin Ryu Founded in 1985. Bushi Seishin Ryu is a philosophy and approach to Martial Arts rather than a style based on variation in technique. Dojo sessions include elements of both internal and external martial arts disciplines. The study of Ki or Chi are an important part of all training and before a student is awarded their black belt they are expected to have studied a healing art.

Bushi Seishin Ryu is a founder member school of Junsui Rikuchi Renmei founded by Vernon C. F. Bell Shihan the father of Karate in Great Britain.

Training and practice is offered either through's Karate Do Bushi Seishin Ryu based discipline or Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. Our instructors have many years experience of the Martial arts, (in some cases over 30 years). We have instructors who specialise in teaching students with a wide range of disabilities. They have many years experience providing programs for education departments, Local Authorities and voluntary organisations.
